My name is Marcus. I am a second year Software Engineering student, with a keen interest in both front-end and back-end development. I am confident in using pull/push, branch, and commits to manage my projects. Furthermore, I have developed the ability to write clear commit messages using standardised terminologies.

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Computing with a major in Software Engineering. I am in my second-last year of study, and I am scheduled to graduate in November 2025. So far, I have achieved academic success by maintaining a course weighted average of 78.83%, and receiving a Letter of Commendation for my efforts in Semester 2 2023. I have also participated in various co-curricular organisations, namely the Computer Science Student Association, and the New Computing Order.
Guildford Grammar School
2017-2022
I graduated high school with a 94.80 ATAR and two subject prizes in Psychology, and in Politics and Law. My academic achievements were recognised by the school, receiving an additional Academic Merit award. Beyond academics, I was elected as the Harper House Captain for 2022, and lead my house to win a John Gladstones Cup for our athletic performance across the year. Finally, I was also a member of the school's First Swimming Team from 2017 to 2022, and represented my school in State Chinese Speaking Competitions in 2017 and 2018.

I am a dispensary technician at a Pharmacy 777 with over five years of experience. I help patients with queries regarding medical concerns, using specialised knowledge that I have developed over the course of the last five years. I am accurate, helpful and friendly. I have managed to build rapport with several patients over the years due to my effective service. I also have been involved in training several junior pharmacy assistants.
